Winners of the 2018 Boston Blues Challenge, SoulBox draws from influences of
Blues, Funk, Soul, Rock, and Reggae. They create a sound that is simultaneously new and classic.



Brandon "TAZ" Niederauer 3:15 pm - 4:30 pm



Sixteen-year-old guitarist Brandon Niederauer has had the brilliant experiences of playing with members of the Allman Brothers Band including Gregg Allman, Butch Trucks, Warren Haynes, Derek Trucks, and Oteil Burbridge, as well as other notable musicians such as Buddy Guy, Stevie Nicks, Lady Gaga, Slash and many more.The young guitarist/singer/songwriter has built up quite the reputation in the music world, welcoming the nickname "Taz" amongst fans and peers alike.

Born and raised on the Isle Of Man on a healthy diet of British blues-rock, both American and British folk music, and anything else he could get his hands on, guitarist and singer Davy Knowles has an eclectic take on Blues/Rock, and has established himself as a major artist in the genre.


Mr. Sipp "the Mississippi Blues Child" 6:15 pm - 8:00 pm



In 2014 Mr. Sipp was the winner of the International Blues Challenge (Band), the Albert King Gibson Guitar award, BMA Best New Artist Album winner 2016, The Spirit of Little Walter Award 2016. In 2016, Castro was the first blues artist to have his handprint inducted into the Wall of Fame in Fredrikshavn Denmark. In 2014, Castro was given the Bobby Rush Entertainer of the Year Award by the Jus' Blues Foundation. In 2015, he won several Jackson Music Awards including International Male Blues Artist, Blues Artist of the Year, Entertainer of the year.
